At Harley’s Hounds, we rescue, heal, and find homes for animals abandoned on the streets of South Texas. Sometimes, we’re their first and most times their only chance — and we do whatever we can to make it right. We believe fully that they deserve every ounce of effort.
We also believe in spay & neuter, community education, and second chances. Whether it’s fostering, adopting, donating, or volunteering — you can be part of the change.
